The transaction GR54 (Delete report group) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package GRWT. It is a Dialog Transaction and is connected to screen 670 of program SAPMGRWJ.
Transactions in SAP ERP are used to execute functionality by calling programs, function modules,
